Inn House Limited, trading as “Rooms At Rue” “The Ostler’s Arms” “Sean Og’s” “Main Street” “Rue” and “Mantis” is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and data you choose to share with us. We adhere to the Privacy Policy (“the policy”) together with any disclaimers sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you or that you provide to us, or that is provided to us relating to you (“Data”) by any means will be processed. Information we may collect from you.
Personal Data
We collect personal data from you when you provide personal data to us, or via our services with which you interact. We may also process other personal data about you as may be provided to us by other persons in the course of our legitimate business activities.

Loyalty Cards, Promotional Emails & SMS
As part of the registration process for our loyalty card, we collect personal information, with the option to opt in to promotional materials via email and / or SMS. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to provide you with the information you have asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are correct and to check every now and then that you are happy and satisfied. We do not sell, rent or trade this information with other organisations and businesses.
WiFi Services
When you use Rooms At Rue Wi-Fi facilities we may collect data including but not limited to:
a) your device; b) the volume of data which you use; c) the websites and applications which you access; and d) your usage by access time, frequency and location.
On Premises CCTV
CCTV is in operation throughout the Main Street Complex for the purposes of, including but not limited to: Security of property, employees and guests; Health & Safety, and; Public Liability.
Visitors to our website.
When someone visits one of our websites we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
When you access our website, your device’s browser provides us with information such as your IP address, browser type, access time and referring URL which is collected and used to compile statistical data. This information may be used to help us to improve our website and the services we offer, and to offer services to you.
Some of our websites may use cookies. A cookie is a small file of letters and numbers that we place on your computer or mobile device. These cookies allow us to distinguish you from other users of our website, which helps us to provide you with a good experience when you browse our website. Cookies also give us information that enables us to improve our website. You will be notified in advance and offered the chance to accept or decline cookies from any of our websites if they use them.

Social Media
Facebook processes data on our behalf in order to measure the performance and reach of our content and advertising campaigns and report back insights about the people who saw and interacted with our Facebook content. Data collected on the Facebook website or app is covered by their Privacy Policy.
Photography on site
Please note that we take photographs across all of our establishments that may be used on social media and for marketing purposes. If you have any questions regarding this you can contact one of our management team via the contact details provided at the end of this document.
How we use information collected.
We collect personal information for the following purposes:
To process payments when an order or booking has been placed, or to carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us
To advertise our services, such as loyalty schemes or promotions, were you have consented to be contacted for such purposes.
To comply with compulsory or necessary legislation, or to notify you to any changes to our services.
We do not sell your data to any third parties. On occasion we are required to share data with third parties, such as booking agents, service providers or transport and tour providers, for a service requested by you.
Security and how we store your personal data
We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site. We will continue to revise our policies and implement additional security features as required.
Cloud based services such as web and email hosting or proprietary line of business software services may involve the transfer of data to countries outside of the European Economic Area (EEA). However no 3rd party is authorised to process your data for their own uses. By choosing to provide your data you agree to this transfer.
Sharing your information
